Scoping Meetings - 2003
Overview
The first set of scoping meetings for the project was held in January 2003. Three meetings were held (one each in Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties) to invite public comment on the scope of the study, including its purpose and need and goals and objectives. Some 282 persons attended the three scoping meetings. In addition, the public was asked to submit their suggestions for improvements to the corridor.
