The meeting of October 27, 2009 was held at the Tarrytown Village Hall, Tarrytown, NY. The NYSDOT bridge manager for the study explained that there will be a series of Cooperating Agency meetings and public working meetings. The Cooperating Agency Meetings focused around Hudson River suspended solids.
